SynczyBot uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to enhance your task management experience. Here's how AI/ML interacts with your Google data:
- Task Prioritization: Our AI analyzes your task descriptions, due dates, and patterns to suggest optimal prioritization
- Content Enhancement: AI may suggest improvements to task descriptions or generate automated reminders based on task content

All AI/ML processing is performed securely and in compliance with Google's API policies. Your data is never used to train external AI models or shared with third-party AI services without your explicit consent.
Data Retention and Deletion

- Active Use: While your account is active and connected to Google services, we retain your Google data (tasks, profile information) to provide our services
- Account Disconnection: When you disconnect a Google service integration, we immediately stop accessing new data from that service
- Account Deletion: When you delete your SynczyBot account, we permanently delete all associated Google data within 30 days
- Data Retention Limits: We do not retain Google user data longer than necessary to provide our services. Historical task data may be kept for up to 2 years for analytics purposes, but can be deleted upon request

We provide clear controls in your account settings to manage and delete your Google data connections at any time.
Google API Limited Use Compliance
SynczyBot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We affirm our commitment to comply with all Limited Use restrictions as outlined in Google's policies. Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide and improve our task management features
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services
